Physical education teaches how to
remain fit. There are various exercises that could help in weight loss and
improve mobility. But one should first get some education on these exercises.
For instance an obese person needs doing some exercise to lose weight quickly. But
he should know which exercises would suit to his body.
Exercises
Walking is an exercise for which you
need no training. You can do this exercise anytime of the day but its better
you do it early morning or evening. For walking you need no training but for
swimming, you certainly need training. You can’t jump in pool and start
swimming without wearing safety gears or unless you become an experienced
swimmer.
Physical instructor
For physical education and for
learning right way of doing exercises, you need a proficient personal trainer. The
instructor would guide you how to do exercises. And also he would educate you
on exercises. He would explain you benefits of a specific exercise and also he
would aware about the injuries you might get, while exercising.
Find the instructor you are
comfortable with. He should be friendly and caring. He should understand your
needs and also he should be able to determine your strength and weakness. It is
only after determining your strengths and weaknesses that he would be able to
suggest you exercises.
